A screen, stick and buttons in one small cabinet make the EGRET II mini an appealing object to pick up and bring closer. Its rotating display is a reminder that different arcade games asked for different shapes of screen.
The white shell, pink graphics and violet controls supply their own color. Let those details stand out against a quieter surface rather than recoloring the room to imitate every part of the machine.
What living with it involves.
Separate the place where you admire it from the place where you use it. An open shelf can be a good display position, while an existing table gives hands, eyes and the power lead a more practical arrangement.
The tradeoff
A small integrated screen does not guarantee comfort at any distance or height. Optional controls also change the setup; keep their space and storage separate from the base cabinet.
One object. Three arrangements.
Display. Play. Put away.
01 / display
What stays out?
The body measures 150 × 200 × 209 mm (W × D × H). Leave practical access around it rather than using that figure as the complete shelf requirement.
02 / play
Where do you play?
Place it on a stable clear table, adjust your position and allow access to handle the screen. No numeric hand or rotation clearance is established here.
03 / storage
Where does it go?
Give the adapter and lead a nearby pouch or box. Store optional control units as additions to the base kit.

Bring the arcade to the table.
A miniature arcade can have one place for being admired and another for being played.
